Leaving the State

On Thursday evening, Cade took his first trip out of Texas! We went to Shreveport for Jim's Vietnam Reunion (father-in-law).We had a blast hanging out with the Turner's, the Price's and Chapman's. It was great to meet Jim & Judy's friends that I had heard so much about. Of course Cade was the center of attention, imagine that! On Friday he refused to take a nap no matter how tired he was because he was loving the attention. We also went over to the Boardwalk and did a little shopping. The guys of course enjoyed Bass Pro while Grandma and I checked out the baby stores.
